Balancing in particular for people of senior age is very important as one in four people aged 60+ fall. One Leg Physio wants to see the average a person can balance on One Leg (categorised in age brackets).

The Difficult Dozen is a gradual progression of balance tests that go from easy (white circle) to difficult (black Circle). Make sure that you share your progress on social media using the #OneLegPhysio.
